The Long day is Over

"Feeling tired by the fire, The long day is over. The wind is gone, asleep at dawn. The embers burn on ,with no reprise the sun will rise... The long day is over"

Clouds under my head
silk rivers across my body
is what I wish today,
to be lifted from my belly botton
and float over a sea of tranquility
then dry with small balls of cotton,
is what i wish today
at the end of this long day.

Heavy as steel
my eyes not even a tear can feel,
angry like lightning
the yelling, not even those sounds I hear.

Clouds of silence under my head
silk rivers floating over me instead,
I´m so tired I just want to go to bed.

Running like a dog chasing its tale
surrounding one idea,
oxygen helmets for frustration protection,
seems everyone thinks I´m able
to take more than one stress inyection.

Drops of sweat run through my skin
cutting into slices pieces of me,
pieces of pain and sadness
without letting me find a light
to put myself together
instead of feeling traped in a cage of darkness.

Clouds of silence under my head
silk rivers floating over me instead,
I´m so tired I just want to go to bed.

Spirit under fire
the heat don´t let me swim deep
in the pond of peace
where I once used to rest my feet.

Clouds under my head
silk rivers across my body
is what I wish today,
to be lifted from my belly botton
and float over a sea of tranquility
then dry with small balls of cotton,
is what i wish today
at the end of this long day.
